That gnawing in our core is the spiritual yearning we may ignore, wonder about, or embrace. The purpose of this blog is to embrace our human drive for a spiritual connection to each other and to the universe we share. Yet we need to acknowledge our tendency to ignore those gnawing feelings, and we also need to celebrate our wondering.
One focus of my blog is the experience of losing a parent. My first post, “The Slippers,” is from my book, Treat Gently, This Gentle Man, which describes the spiritual journey I chose to take as my father neared the end of his life.
Please share your thoughts and experiences. Our spiritual journeys will cross each others’ paths many times. I look forward to running into you at one of those crossroads!
